Sidal Realty Company was established in 1957 with the purpose of providing spacious, affordable rental housing in and around the Twin Cities Metropolitan Area. Several goals were established then that remain in place today. They were and are:

• Sidal will only manage apartment communities it owns to ensure that the resident’s and Sidal‘s best interests reflect each other.

• All Sidal properties will have on-site managers, caretakers and maintenance people to serve residents and prospective residents in a timely, professional manner.
• Sidal will build or purchase apartment communities with spacious floor plans and many closets.
• Sidal will be devoted to maintaining all properties in the finest condition possible.
• Sidal will build or purchase apartment communities with convenient access to freeways, public transportation and shopping.
